Blue River Bio’s founding team received a Stanford-Coulter Translational Research Grant, a competitive award that supports multidisciplinary teams developing technologies to accelerate translation to commercial and clinical impact.
The Stanford-Coulter Translational Research Grants Program is supported by the Wallace H. Coulter Foundation and is one of only a handful of such partnerships nationwide. It funds teams of Stanford Bioengineering faculty and their clinician-researcher collaborators from the School of Medicine who are developing technologies that address unmet clinical needs, improve health care, and lead to commercially available products. Successful projects typically have established proof of concept, and desired outcomes include patents, licenses, commercial partnerships, and start-up companies.
The grant supports our translational studies and further validated the approach with an independent, commercially minded review panel.
